He was riding very fast and I moved to get out of his way. But his hand hit my pizza, and cheese went all over my shirt. I was very angry, so I decided to chase him. The topic of Monday will be: the disappearing rain forest in South America. "Big business is destroying the forest by cutting down the trees in order to make money", says John Tree, the president of Save the Rain Forest. "We must stop them before it is too late," says Tree. The Amazon River runs through the rain forest. Indians live deep in this forest. "If men continue to destroy the forest, many Indians will have to leave their homes," says Tree. The animals of the forest are also in danger. "Many birds and insects will lose their homes if we destroy the forest," explains Dr. Onestone, a scientist studying this area.
